Optical Terahertz Science and Technology

The 11th International Conference on Optical Terahertz Science and Technology (OTST 2026) will bring together researchers from around the world to present and discuss the most recent advances in terahertz (THz) research, ranging from fundamental science to cutting edge developments in THz technology. The conference will be hosted by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, USA 12–17 April 2026. It followed the previous ten conferences held in countries around the World.

The conference will consist of Plenary, Keynote, Invited talks, and poster presentations given by international researchers engaged in cutting edge work in the field of terahertz science and technology.

Important Dates

In April of 2024 Durham, North Carolina, USA was selected to host the 11th Optical Terahertz Science and Technology conference in 2026.

For guests staying at the conference venue, JB Duke Hotel, parking is included. For those staying off-site the parking fee is $15 USD per day. The conference venue is 20 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) International Airport. An Uber (https://www.uber.com/global/en/price-estimate/) from the airport to the conference venue ranges from $24 to $35 and a taxi (http://www.taxitaxiofraleigh.com/rates/) from $42 to $52.
